About Us

JC Construction Cost Management, LLC was founded by Janet Churches in 2019. Janet has over 20 years of experience in the Southern California construction industry, serving as a Senior Construction Cost Consultant.

Ms. Churches is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University in Scotland, where she developed a strong passion for architecture and design while working alongside architecture students at the Glasgow School of Art. She became a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1997.
